There is a discrepancy between public loathing of bottled water and its ever-increasing consumption. Our task was to analyze current trends, develop client personas, discover gaps in current offerings, and suggest a direction for our client. In this case, if our client decides to pursue this segment, his offering must address well-known environmental concerns and remain convenient.
